Stuff is really starting to settle in…and its a little over whelming.
- I reaaaally miss sdlc. :(
- I have so much math and bio homework to make up
- Art class is not going so good….aka I CAN’T DRAWW!!
- I really need to work on my fine arts profolio if I plan on applying for any kind of design/fashion school
- I guess I missed an important sewing class this sat. while I was still in Cali
- I can’t stand seattle anymore….I need to vacation fast!
- Adding to 6 winter break is in 8 days and I’ll still be stuck in seattle!!!!
Kay I guess im done venting/complaining….But one of the big things I learned last week was that… I NEED TO BE THE BEST ME I CAN BE AND BE BOLD IN EVERY THING I DO. So I’ll be doing all I can to change what I can and letting everything else be.
I just got back from Cali from a diversity conference. It was a life changing experience that I didnt even think would possible for me to have. Pictures and longer posts coming soon.
Theres so much I wanna do and Im starting to figure out where to start. I’ve been pushing myself with my grades all A&B’s except for in math -___-(But im working on it).I just started in a fashion business/illustration class, as well as a sewing class. And I plan on starting my portfolio during winter break. I’ve been looking at colleges, cause my first step in applying for colleges starts in january. Im more active within my school so my resume will be looking real heavy for apps. Im to Cali next week for the People Of Color Conference, and Costa Rica spring break for a service trip. Im trying as hard as I can to find a job that doesnt effect my school work so I can pay my way to New York this summer. My next step is to become more active in the community and adding my love music to the mix.
A rep from the school came today….the meeting was cool. Im looking into their music production program with tisch or their marketing program. And the abroad campus’s are dope.But im pretty sure I want to go to a fashion based school like FIT, Parsons or FIDM. But I thinks it good to keep my options open. This college stuff is fun but im not gonna lie in a little nervous about all the stuff that goes into applying and picking the right school for me.
